Telehealth

Currently all of our services are provided online, however trainings can be held in-person based on guidelines regarding COVID. We offer services to individuals (adults and youth), couples, families as well as support groups. Please contact us for any accommodation needs.

Reaching out

Many folks looking for a therapist often ask first: How much is this? Do you take my insurance? At this time, we do not accept insurance but we would be happy to help you find someone who does. Please also let us know if you need a sliding scale and if we are unable to provide that, we will work to assist you with the process of finding the right fit. We know it can be challenging to reach out for support and we hope you are as proud of yourself as we are of you for taking this first step.

Referrals

If we are not the right fit for you, we can provide you with referrals to our partners and allies in the community.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
