Hello and welcome! My name is Briana (Bree) Bedran, I am so honored and excited to start this healing journey with you. I am a first generation Belizean, born and raised here in Los Angeles. I provide trauma informed relational therapy and am passionate around serving my BIPoC and LGBTQ+ communities. I work with adults, teens, and those in romantic/platonic relationships and strive to co-create a space that is affirming, collaborative, creative, and empowering. Growing up in a Caribbean household with immigrant parents has influenced my journey and dedication to understanding and dismantling systems of oppression and how it affects our mental health and quality of life. As I have come to learn, understand, and walk through life with my own intersecting identities, exploring and providing feminist intersectional and culturally informed therapy is very close to my heart.

I graduated from UCLA with my Bachelor’s in Biology and received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Integrating a mind/body (and spirit if you are open to it) connection is always on the table while working together. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the tool that heals and creates opportunities for growth and expansion. I am aware of how the power dynamics within traditional therapy settings can be intimidating and stressful, so it is of the highest importance that we do check-ins throughout our time together to ensure that this relationship is serving and empowering you. I am also trained in EMDR and look forward to explaining more if you are interested.
